Infringement

In the case of infringement the plaintiff’s claim shall be filed with the Metropolitan Court. If the plaintiff is not resident of any signatory states of the Hague Convention, a power shall be legalized by the Hungarian Consul of the plaintiff's country. An appeal can be lodged with the Metropolitan Appeal Court against the judgment of the first instance court.
