In the framework of our law enforcement activity we render complex anti-piracy services, including activities such as conducting investigations, market supervision, contribution of action groups, commencement of civil and criminal court procedures, representation before the courts and other proceeding authorities. In cases when compensation and other claims of the client as offended party related to property emerge, we provide effective legal advice and also undertake to file a claim for compensation by means of the appropriate civil or criminal actions.
In our law enforcement activity we also enforce our clients' rights through infringement lawsuits (primarily trademarks and patents) in which preliminary injunctions are often requested. We assist our clients in border control procedures as well.
