General requirements for filing a patent application
A. Minimum requirements (required immediately for filing an application): application rights can be derived from a patent application which contains at least
a) reference to a claiming a patent; b) data that is useful for identifying the applicant or making contact with the applicant possible; c) description or a similar document, regardless of whether or not it complies with the prescribed requirements, or a reference to an earlier application submitted in lieu of a description.
B. Documents (information) that may be filed following the date of filing:

Translation of the specification, claims and abstract into Hungarian (within four months from the filing date).

Name and address (city, country) of the inventors.

Priority data (within 16 months from the earliest priority).

Drawings in three sets. The rules for the drawings are substantially in conformity with PCT rules for the drawings.

Priority document (within 16 months from the earliest priority).

Power of attorney signed by the applicant (no legalization is required).

Declaration signed by the inventors. The signatures need not be legalized.
All other requirements and formalities can be made by the representative.
