Trademarks and domains
Our services connected with trademark registration include among others Hungarian national applications, Community (EU), i.e. CTM applications, international trademark applications (according to the Madrid Protocol and Agreement), extension and conversion of trademark protection and more.
We provide in this area a wide range of search services, including Hungarian national trademarks, International Trademarks and CTMs. A special service lies in searching actual and/or illegal uses within Hungary.
In connection with recording changes in the Official Register we render professional services with respect to the recordal of all changes in the trademark register.

Our services with regard to the enforcement and validity include trademark infringement lawsuits, preliminary injunction proceedings, representing clients in opposition proceedings and when observations have to be filed against a trademark application; and representing clients in trademark cancellation procedures. The services are extended to unfair competition type cases (passing off) and initiating customs measures against illegal trademarks.
Our services connected with domain names include among others registration and maintenance of domain names; opposing illegal domain applications and fighting against illegally obtained domain names including alternative dispute resolution procedures. This services also includes trademark infringement proceedings against illegally used domain names, and IP enforcement through the internet.
