Working methods

Within the respective branches work is allocated to teams consisting of patent attorneys with similar technical qualifications. A close cooperation exists between the members of these teams providing each other with back-up if necessary.

Each case is normally handled by the same patent attorney from the beginning until it’s conclusion. However, complex cases are assigned to special teams of patent attorneys and IP lawyers so that multiple viewpoints and experiences form the basis of finding optimum solutions.

The trademark lawyers, paralegals and additional staff members constituting the trademark branch are specialized in obtaining, maintaining and defending clients' trademark rights, and litigate in cases of infringement or trademark-related unfair competition.

The effective distribution of labour provided by the organizational structure enables our patent attorneys and trademark lawyers to devote most of their time to their professional assignments and a team of highly trained paralegals carries out the work not requiring the involvement of professional representatives.

Search and documentation services, accounting and book-keeping, as well as various other tasks are performed by separate departments.

A special separate team is always on the alert for watching incoming mail and fax in order to detect immediate filing orders and urgent requests. Our staff members are proficient in a number of foreign languages, facilitating communication with clients and execution of professional tasks outside Hungary.

The possibilities offered by the state-of-the-art office automation have been widely utilized for a long time. We use a professional software background tailored to our specific needs and our in-house programmers continuously improve the system to match new requirements.

While our organizational structure is largely determined by the scope of our work, its quality is defined by the knowledge, experience and consciousness of our personnel.
